Secondary school portal has other administrator apart from the school portal administrator, these includes SCHOOL BLOG ADMINISTRATOR and SCHOOL FORM ADMINISTRATOR. These administrators are tasks with managing the school blog and form respectively.

School portal administrator can create as many of school blog and form administrators at no cost.

To create and manage these users follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to http://{PORTAL-URL}/manage-administrators on a web browser note* replace {PORTAL-URL} with your secondary school portal URL e.g.  http://sss.schoolwe.com/manage-administrators
  2. A table displays showing a list of profiled school portal administrators
  3. Click ADD NEW button to create or profile new administrator
    1. Set SCREEN NAME of the new administrator
    2. Set FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, EMAIL and PASSWORD of the new administrator
    3. Select ADMINISTRATOR TYPE of the new administrator
    4. Click CANCEL button to cancel operation
    5. Click ADD ADMINISTRATOR to commit operation and create the new administrator
  4. Click the EDIT button to edit or modify an existing administrator
  5. Click the DELETE button to delete an existing administrator
  6. Click the REFRESH button to reload the school administrator’s list
