Creation of school portal using SchoolWE is very easy and highly user friendly. Only registered school administrators possess the right to create school portals.

Follow the step below:

  1. Follow ACESS SCHOOLWE MANAGEMENT CONSOLE to login into admin’s console
  2. Navigate to http://console.schoolwe.com/myschool-management on web browser
  3. At the bottom of the page click FOLLOW LINK TO CREATE NEW SECONDARY SCHOOL or FOOLOW LINK TO CREATE NEW TERTIARY SCHOOL to initiate the process of creating a secondary school portal or tertiary school portal respectively
  4. For creation of secondary school portal follow these sub steps
    1. Fill the secondary school creation form by filling the following information
      • School Name  (this field is required)
      • Theme(Colour) -  this is the primary colour the school
      • URL Address - this is the domain URL that the school will be accessible with *note at first this will be a sub-domain of schoolwe e.g. YOUR_SCHOOL_NAME.SCHOOLWE.COM also school administrator can change this to any domain URL of his choice e.g. YOUR_SCHOOL_NAME_URL.COM (this field is required)
      • School Session - this is the current session of the school e.g. 2016/2017 session (this field is required)
      • Term – this is the current term of the school e.g. FIRST TERM, SECOND TERM and THIRD TERM. (this field is required)
      • Reg Number Exp – this is a regular expression which will be used to validate a correct school registration number format e.g. the regex {//$kd} will ensure that only registration number in format of 14/4853 will be valid. See link for more information about regex
      • School Logo – this is a current logo of the school
  5. For creation of tertiary school portal follow these sub steps
    1. Fill the tertiary school creation form by filling the following information
      • School Name  (this field is required)
      • Theme(Colour) -  this is the primary colour the school
      • URL Address - this is the domain URL that the school will be accessible with *note at first this will be a sub-domain of schoolwe e.g. YOUR_SCHOOL_NAME.SCHOOLWE.COM also school administrator can change this to any domain URL of his choice e.g. YOUR_SCHOOL_NAME_URL.COM (this field is required)
      • School Session - this is the current session of the school e.g. 2016/2017 session (this field is required)
      • Semester – this is the current semester of the school e.g. FIRST SEMESTER and SECOND SEMESTER. (this field is required)
      • Reg Number Exp – this is a regular expression which will be used to validate a correct school registration number format e.g. the regex {//$kd} will ensure that only registration number in format of 14/4853 will be valid. See link for more information about regex
      • School Logo – this is a current logo of the school
  6. While filling the form or after filling the school creation form, administrator can reset the form in case any mistake by clicking the RESET button.
  7. To commit the school creation administrator must click the CREATE SCHOOL button
